Donate a Dollar Fundraising Campaign
The MLCC is committed to supporting as many bona fide charities as possible.
The Donate-a-Dollar program is a point-of-sale program which runs for one week in the Spring and one week in the Fall of each year in select Liquor Marts. Charities can apply in writing to the Community Relations Coordinator, on charity letterhead (which includes the charitable organization number) stating they would like to be part of the Donate-A-Dollar program. Each January a lottery draw is held selecting two organizations that will participate during that year in the program. Each organization is given one week during the year as their fundraising week.
The success of the program has been tremendous and has helped many charitable organizations.
